BIPOC Supporting BIPOC in the Workplace Program
Together We’re Stronger.
BIPOC Supporting BIPOC in the Workplace is a leadership program for BIPOC professionals employed in the conservation, environmental, and outdoor industries. This is a space for BIPOC professionals that are tired of covering and code-switching as a means to navigate, assimilate, appease, and survive white-dominant workplace culture. This is a space for BIPOC professionals that want to empower, support, collaborate, and learn with other BIPOC professionals to affect change and create a thriving culture of growth and belonging in their respective workplaces. This is a space where BIPOC voices and experiences are front and center in every discussion.
Your Certified Professional Diversity Coaches will facilitate various discussions and the application of leadership skillsets centered around diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Together, we are stronger, and together, we will make a difference.
All professional backgrounds are welcome. As a group, we will apply an environmental justice lens to most topic we discuss, however, it can be beneficial to learn about different experiences and perspectives from other industry and professional backgrounds.

Why Create This Program?
Dania knows first-hand what it feels like to not belong. She’s familiar with the dreaded, powerless feeling of going to work, knowing her voice, identity, and expertise would go unheard and dismissed. Sadly, she is no stranger to working with organizations that “appear” to value diversity.
Dania is doing something about that!
Through her own lived experience and healing process, Dania created this program to empower BIPOC professionals navigating similar experiences by helping equip them with the tools, skills, language, and knowledge to challenge and dismantle oppressive workplace culture and organizational systems.
